What do we stand for?
What are the core values that we share and consider self-evident? We discussed with each other which values are important for our company. Not only for ourselves but also in our collaboration with our clients. For us, the following three core values are self-evident in the culture of our company.
We are experts
We are specialists in our field and put our expertise to work for our clients. In this we are ambitious; we strive to be the experts in our field. Because we want to be, but also to offer our clients the best solutions. Issues for which there are no obvious solutions, we solve by thinking 'outside the box'. We enjoy these challenges the most because we can use all our knowledge and skills.
We believe in personal growth
To grow at Swink is to develop yourself. In your profession, of course, but also as a human being. In a safe environment, we give each other space and help each other to grow personally. Everyone at their own level and pace. What we learn with and from each other at Swink contributes to making our dreams come true.
We are transparent
At Swink, we can be ourselves because we treat each other respectfully and are honest and open with each other. The feedback we give each other is meant to help each other. We know what we can gain from each other. Being open does not mean that you have to tell everything. It's about not having hidden agendas and being able to trust each other.
The same applies to our clients. We are honest and open with our clients. Especially when something is not going well. Partners must be able to trust each other and transparency is a prerequisite for that.
