The UWV (Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen) is an independent administrative body that administers employee insurance schemes, such as the WW, WIA, WAO, WAZ, Wazo and Sickness Insurance Act.
Assignment
One of our digital accessibility specialists tested the prototypes built by the UWV for the new website for digital accessibility. With this, the UWV gained knowledge and insights that will be applied to new website.
Furthermore, we did an awareness session for the UWV. This raises awareness about what digital accessibility is and what to consider.
“Yulia did a screening on digital accessibility of the prototype. She also gave a presentation at the kick-off around digital accessibility. That made the whole design sprint group more aware of what you are doing it for and for whom. That awareness and how to bring the topic of digital accessibility into the organisation is something we want to work on in a follow-up with Swink.”
