Data analytics: setting up measurements in Piwik PRO and creating analytics reports

Assignment
For Nieren.nl, we set up measurements with the analytics tool Piwik PRO to ensure that the right KPIs are measured. To determine which measurement points are important, we worked with Nieren.nl to create a measurement plan that defines the KPIs and required measurements. Based on the measurement plan, we provide monthly and quarterly reports that bring together data from Piwik PRO and other tools. The insights from the data are used by nieren.nl and the web developer to optimise the website. Indeed, follow-up sprints are partly determined on the basis of the data. Thus, the strategic roadmap of Nieren.nl becomes reality step by step. Before the delivery of the sprints, Nieren.nl and the web developer think along which data are relevant to determine whether something is successful. That way, data is actively used for further development.
