Assignment
We report and analyse web statistics for the municipality of Amsterdam. This enables us to answer questions such as: ‘how do visitors get to the site?’, ‘which pages are visited?’, ‘how is the use of online forms?’.
Our specialists advise her on the implementation of Matomo, a programme for keeping track of website visitor statistics. We also advise on how to set up measurements with Matomo in order to compile the desired reports.
Furthermore, we train municipal employees to increase their knowledge of website analytics.
