Lokale Democratie (Local Democracy) is the website of the cooperation programme Democracy in Action. It involves: the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK), the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG) and the professional and interest associations of councillors, registrars, aldermen, municipal secretaries and mayors. The aim: to renew and strengthen local democracy and local governance.
Assignment
For Lokale Democratie, our digital accessibility specialists conducted an accessibility study for the website, rechecked it and inventoried the pdf files on this website. In addition, our web analysts designed a measurement plan to measure organisational goals in the online environment. Furthermore, we provide a monthly report indicating the extent to which those objectives are being achieved, as well as indicating the outcomes so that they can take action themselves.
