ANWB is the largest association in the Netherlands with 4.6 million members. ANWB members can benefit from all kinds of services and products, such as roadside assistance, insurance, energy contracts and travel.
As an A-brand, ANWB wants to be digitally accessible. To assess the existing situation, we did quick scans of anwb.nl, the newsletter and two apps. This gives ANWB insight into what is needed to become accessible.
The next step is to give the different teams the right assignments to start working on accessibility. Together with our consultant, ANWB is working on a backlog for 2025 in which it has worked out in detail what the desired goals are.
