Digital accessibility audits and knowledge session
ABF Research is a renowned research company. ABF's mission is to support governments and other stakeholders in improving their decision-making and policies through statistical information, mathematical models, forecasts, presentation software and research.
Assignment
ABF has been a customer of Swink since 2021. As such, we examined the content of the database Prognosis Model Care and Welfare for digital accessibility and Swing Mosaic. This is an online tool (monitor) to present figures via user-friendly dashboards such as Gemeente in Cijfers. ABF is the software supplier of this. Over 60 Dutch and 20 Flemish municipalities use this tool. At the front end (Swing Mosaic landing page), customised content (logo and colours) is added for each version in the client's house style.
Digital accessibility is a high priority at ABF. That is why Swink organised an interactive knowledge session for them, especially the project leaders. ABF can also contact our specialists with questions on this subject via a so-called prepaid hours construction.

Extraordinarily fine from Swink
Because our specialists surveyed the ABF Monitor Swing Mosaic for digital accessibility, ABF can offer its customers a standard content survey through Swink at a reduced rate. Among others, the municipalities of Noordwijk, Enschede and Alkmaar have already taken advantage of this.
