I help you adapt digital documents such as PDFs and Word files so that they comply with legal requirements for digital accessibility. In addition, I help you create templates so that future documents will also be easily accessible digitally.

I also help you staff your (online) helpdesk, e.g. for healthcare organisations or e-learning. I am happy to help your customers when they have questions or login or registration problems.

Extraordinary fun facts about Peter

• Peter goes out in spring with a group of volunteers to check whether breeding birds such as black-tailed godwit and lapwing are breeding. He and the volunteers then cordon off the breeding sites so that the birds are protected during the breeding season.
• Peter has an incredibly dry sense of humour with which he regularly makes his colleagues laugh.
