In my role, together with the team managers, I ensure a safe and great workplace for all colleagues. This allows them to work pleasantly, give our customers expert advice and develop their talents. For our customers, I and the team managers ensure that we deliver high quality products on time. I also contribute within the management team to ensure that we succeed in our mission to create jobs for people with autism.
