Together with our clients, we provide permanent paid jobs for people with autism. So they can be independent and self-sufficient, develop and realize their dreams. With work at a level that does justice to their qualities. That is our mission. Through our specialism, expertise and pragmatic attitude, we surprise our clients. We love to solve your problem.
How we do what we do
We put the extraordinary qualities of people with autism to work for our clients. We try to break existing patterns. At our office, we guide colleagues with autism in a personalized way to quickly develop into professionals; as accessibility or content specialists. With us, everyone can be themselves, which means that aspects of autism are taken into account. We do this in the form of a low-stimulation environment, sufficient space to find rest and clear agreements with each other.
Extraordinary qualities
Because of our autism, we process information differently. Our focus is therefore mainly on the details. This makes us exceptionally good at doing precise work such as auditing your website. Because of our autism we also work in a structured way. Ideal for your content migration, for example. Online services and autism are therefore an excellent combination, as our clients also agree.

Swink stands for ‘to swink’, an old English expression for ‘working hard’. We are a commercial company and a social enterprise; if you do business with us, we can hire even more people with autism.
